Neapolitan pizza on the Marbella waterfront

Neapolitan pizza in Marbella, from a family-run kitchen on the waterfront. Pasta, the grill, and a drink by the sea.

The food

Pizza, pasta & the MEDITERRANEAN grill

The oven doesn't rush. Thirty years of practice taught us that. Every pizza is dough, fire, and patience — nothing added to speed it up, nothing missing to cut corners.

The Bar

cocktails by the sea

A good cocktail isn't rushed either. Ours are built the same way the kitchen builds a plate — proper ingredients, real technique, nothing shortcut. Pull up a stool and let the night find its pace.

Our story

Buono began with a chef: thirty years in the kitchen and formal training in Naples,  and the conviction that good pizza can't be hurried. That same fire and dough now sit on the Marbella waterfront, with his son on the bar and his wife on the floor. Alongside the kitchen, the bar pours proper cocktails, done right, every night.
